Visited today with my 2 children, they had a fantastic time. Food was good and the place was pretty clean considering the amount of kids running around. My son in particular liked the bikes, although there were only 2 there. The carousel is a nice touch, not something you see in other soft plays. My daughter loved the play shops/dressing up etc very good for a child's imagination. Definitely recommend buying tickets in advance as people were being turned away due to capacity.

Visited yesterday as it's half term, plenty of things for the children to enjoy and were well entertained for the duration. Staff were all so friendly, professional and hard working during the busy time. Staff were always around and would tidy up as they went along. The toilets were also very clean and tidy. Food and drinks also reasonably priced. We will be defiantly visiting again soon.

A really great place for children age 1-5, nice staff, good space, some great areas, our toddlers enjoyed it.

However cannot give it 5 stars as it need a deep clean and toys replacing and replenishing, even though there were staff cleaning lockers etc, it needs someone who knows how to give the place a good scrub!

The costumes needed restocking, there just seemed a lack of care, the animals in the vets area need a bit of tlc, there’s notices missing in areas (fire station) and just glue remnants on the wall. Dirty skirting boards, muck on the touch plates and surfaces that really shouldn’t be!

Obviously it’s the end of summer and things do get mucky, but nothing a hot soapy cloth or 2 wouldn’t sort or a cleaning company would get that spick & span in 24 hrs!

We stayed a couple of hours, spent nearly £30 on entry and a further £30 in the cafe.

Great place with so much potential and great staff, just looks and feels a bit neglected!

Hopefully a measured review to help parents. This is for a mid week, school hours visit.

Acceptably busy as was in school hours - I imagine in school holidays it becomes very cramped. Low ceilings and minimal windows.
Sufficient activities for 2 hours or so.
Cleanliness decent, accepting that some customers did not clear their own mess rather than blaming staff.

Toilets were clean.

Did not try food but they seemed to have decent variety, generous portion size and not over priced.

Careful as quite easy to lose your child due to design layout. There isn’t a place you can sit and get a wide angle view and see them so I found I had to follow him everywhere for fear of losing him. You’ll see what I mean when you’re there.

Came in today I hadn't booked but the receptionist think her name was Rachel was very helpful. Hadn't been before so she explained what was in the centre she signed us in very efficiently. My children had a lovely time all the staff working were lovely and friendly we definitely will be back.

This place is fantastic for kids. It has so many things for kids to do. It has a full-size carousel as well as a large soft play course a race track a load of play shops full of toys for that shop. Dress up area and a cafe. It's not cheap. 1 adult + 2 children costs £22 and a bit of change. However they take photos of you and the kids so nobody could leave with them and it feels very secure. My kids cried when we left after 2.5 hours because they still wanted to play.

This has to be one of the best child play centers is a bit expensive but it's worth it

Absolutely love this place! My son is autistic and we go to the SEN nights once a month, there so much to play on including a carousel! The staff there are great and always friendly and helpful. The toilet and baby change facilities are spotless as they are cleaned so regularly. Its slightly more expensive than some other places but it is really worth the price.
