This was the first time I had had my eyes tested in years. I was given a warm welcome and was seen very quickly. Anni first photographed the back of my eyes etc, explaining the process and then Harry carried our further tests. I was very impressed and put at ease with his conversation. Having done the testing he then showed me the pictures of my eyes, clearly explaining what they showed in simple, easy to understand language. He recommended suitable lenses with additional options of coating and l then went to look at frames. There was a large selection to.choose from and l was really impressed with how Karen took various measurements etc She was absolutely delightful... explaining exactly what she was doing and why. Overall it was a lovely experience and l would highly recommend this branch 😁

Great service all staff helpful and friendly. Having the same optician as last year is reassuring, he is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Myself and friend have been referred for further investigation at Clinic. Would not consider other service while this gent is available.

I was greeted promptly on my arrival, kept informed of what would happen and when, was given lots of information about my eye test itself, and then dealt with very helpfully in ordering a new pair of glasses.

Had an eye test followed by a contact lens trial. The eye test couldn't have been explained more thoroughly , very professional. The contact lens trial was amazing. The lady was so patient and thorough, had no idea of the service I was to receive

My appointment was cancelled because the optician was off sick. Well, fair enough. But I didn't receive any notification of that. On arrival I was told that they'd texted me over an hour ago. They hadn't. It turned out they'd got two numbers for me, one correct and one that was three years out of date. Guess which one they'd used? No apology. Not going back.

I left my appointment because apparently there was a medical emergency that was not told to me on my arrival. This caused a delay of approximately 3/4 hr. I only found this out because I made the enquiry after my preliminary checks were completed. I enquired about rebooking the following week but this meant all the checks I just had done must be done again..im not returning I'm going to specsavers for my free check up.

I don't usually go to this optician, but booked a next day appointment as I had an issue with my eye and my usual opticians had nothing for 10 days. I was quite anxious, but the ladies at the desk were all really nice. They were friendly and put me at ease. The lady who did my initial tests was really nice.
There was no hard sell with the glasses or coatings, which there usually is at other places. I felt really looked after all the way through.
I just can't praise the optician enough, he was absolutely lovely.
Extremely kind, patient and caring. He explained everything before and after my tests, and reassured me, as I had something wrong which was a little worrying for me. I will never go back to my previous opticians after this great experience here. So pleased. Thank you!!
