I can't rate this library highly enough; it's fantastic. First out, all the staff are SO friendly and helpful. Secondly, there's a wide selection of books, with the option to reserve items easily. Thirdly, there's a whole host of opportunities to experience in the form of groups and meetings. Fourthly, there are resources galore spread across two floors (which I've only just discovered ...). It's such a safe, warm and friendly space, with a cafe on top. Go & check it out; you won't be disappointed ...

Excellent library, beautiful building, very helpful staff. Railway section upstairs which is useful for quieter study, lots of community resources inside too. Lots of computers, an affordable cafe inside and open 6 days a week.

Honestly, a much larger and more accessible library than you’d expect. An asset to the community.

I thought libraries were supposed to be peaceful. I went in today as I just wanted some peace. In the main library 3 people were on their mobiles chatting in their normal voice. The area near the biography section was being deafened by noise from the cafe. The area nearest the computer area was noisy as the door to the Devon Learning area was open and voices could be heard and the children's section was, as it should be, very lively. Could you have an area that bans mobile 'phones and could be considered quiet please

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely clean space to sit and read. No rush to find books always something different to read. New books coming in all the time plus you can order from different library's if you cant find what your looking for. The computers are modern and fast. Cheap for photo copies and print outs. Always leave my mobility scooters inside which is no bother to the staff. Such a lovely pleasant experience. More people should use them. You know the saying use them or LOSE THEM.

A beautiful looking library that was unfortunately better previously before the new improvements, as it used to be quiet like a library should be, now it can become very loud making reading & studying impossible, WiFi is also quite slow plus the staff are not that helpful, quite cold.
