I have never written a bad review of any company or service I used. Most of the time I'm just accepting the fact that the service wasn't the best and moving forward. But Berlitz Oxford headed by its manager achieved a new level of incompetence which I must share with you at least briefly. They have provided the most terrible service regarding communication by not informing students about postponing a course start, changing dates of lessons, canceling lessons without letting us know, changing teachers (3 lessons with three different teachers, only ONE was a certificate German teacher; imagine a lack of consistency in teaching), not answering emails (at least they were answering phones!)... When they finally decided to cancel a course they promised us a full refund; instead of that, they have charged us for lessons we "took" (two of them were run by ppl who weren't German teachers). I thought I'm signing up for a course with professionals. I wasted so much time (two months), a time I could use more efficiently with someone else. Do not recommend it.
