She has a unique ability to connect with her student, child or adult, and make them feel responsible for their own learning journey whilst also gently holding their hand through it. Cannot recommend this enough. Shilpa forged a real connection with my daughter and helped her engage with Hindi in a fun and interactive way . This was in sharp contrast to another Hindi teacher who almost put my daughter off the language . I think what sets Shilpa apart is her empathy and her experience of engaging with kids of Indian origin who are growing up in U.K. / US. I’m 28 years old and half Indian but I never got the chance to learn Hindi as a child. Learning with Shilpa has been so much fun! She’s friendly and makes me feel at ease in every lesson. She teaches a mixture of grammar, new words and writing in each of our lessons and she adapts sessions to suit my pace of learning. I have adhd so I can find it hard to concrete but because we always do a variation of exercises I’m always paying attention! We sing songs in most lessons which is such a fab way of learning and I’m so glad she keeps this in during her lessons for adults. Myself and my family have been very pleased with my progress and I’m excited to continue learning. Thank you Shilpa!

My son (11YO) has been taking Hindi classes from Shilpa since last 5-6months.
Shilpa is an excellent teacher with a lot of patience. Her teaching methods are perfect for anyone looking to start their child with Hindi.
As she is UK based it also helps for her to understand the kids difficulty in learning the language as they are mostly speaking english in the day.
My son enjoys her classes and I have seen a lot of progress in his Hindi.
I would highly recommend Shilpa !!

Shilpa is a brilliant teacher of Hindi. My wife and I are learning weekly and the lessons are so fun, interactive and at a pace that works for us as working people.

I couldn’t recommend the lessons more to others wanting to take up an extra language and our progress has been amazing in the space of a short amount of time.

My daughter loves going to Shilpa's hindi classes. I am amazed with the amount of things they learn in each class. My daughter had made such good progress in hindi. She started from not understanding a word to being able to talk small sentences in a very short time.
