A 40 minute drive from Whitworth but easy enough to get to using Google Maps. Free, onsite parking.
Friendly greeting at Reception when I gave my name.
Andrea and Lauren, from the Vascular team, were cheerful, friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me clearly about the procedure. Thank you 🤩

Attitude from reception staff when trying to book an appointment, no goodmorning or anything whatsoever, absolute failure of a service, should be completely shut down because of their negligence and their lack of effort to bring care to the local community.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO STAR RATING BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME. Absolute joke of an outfit. Made an appointment in December for the earliest date that was sometime In march to get a phonecall today 1st Feb saying they have to move my appointment now. So after waiting and wasting all this time now no appointment booked. Why can't you just get the staff who know what they are doing. Ment to be here to help. No you're not. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied

Went for my covid jab and turned up, ample parking was available (and free) and plenty of staff to direct people were to go. Loads of social distancing as well as hand sanitising stations throughout the centre. I turned up for my appointment and was seen straight away and the two members of staff who administered my jab were brilliant, the whole process took less than 5 minutes.

Ate here a few times now , steak was perfectly cooked and good size portion. Staff are all so friendly and make us feel welcomed . Chefs are really good cooks . Keep up the good work Acorn 👌🏾

I received a leaflet drop invitine me to get my seasonal booster. I went down and there was a massive queue for both appointments and walk ins. I was told the wait would be at least 2 hours. Very poorly managed. If they can't cope with walk ins, why offer them?
