The nursery is good but a lot more needs to be done in terms of communicating with parents. When you walk in you feel like no one really wants to talk to you, though they're relatively courteous, it's a case of drop your kid off and go. It's a strange feeling leaving your child and practically bolting straight after.
There is an app with absolutely nothing on it. I have no idea what my kids are doing there all day and even when I ask at pick up I'm told they had a lot of fun and ate well, meanwhile my child is wailing at the door.
In other nurseries we've been to before, the teachers put a short summary of what the kids will be doing every day. This is done before kids even start nursery and it is all in the plans. I come from an education background, at the very least parents should know what the theme of the week/month is. We're literally told nothing at all - I've no idea if they've been out to Forest School (one of the main reasons I chose this nursery) and some days it has been cancelled but I've only been told because I've asked and no reasons have been given.
When you have your child attending nursery for the first time it's reassuring to have a picture of them during at least the first week. However, I've grown tired of asking teachers and management for pictures of my child as I'm constantly told they will send some and they never do.
I'm looking forward to seeing the progress reports but for some reason I'm getting the vibe that it's going to be a copy-paste situation for all the kids.
I'm unsure if I'd recommend the nursery to others.

Attended this morning for infant massage, was surprised to find such a great service was free! (as are many others)
The staff were lovely, and so helpful, especially a lady on the desk named Paula who gave me lots of information on activities going on at the centre.
Centre was immaculate too! Noticed a cafe on site, will definitely be checking that out next visit!

The Park is such a friendly well organised set up. The staff are as friendly, helpful, kind, and caring as you can possibly meet. The only reason I know of this place is the nursery facilities it provides and they are fantastic absolutely brilliant

I found this nursery to be awful, I sent my really shy daughter there and everytime I would come back just before 6 i would find the staff in the 2 year old room talking amongst themselves whilst my daughter played alone. After around months I decided to take my daughter out and send to oscar bears where she flourished due to the attention and care she received there. Worst thing however was when she left they gave a little booklet about my child where all the photos just got taken on the day she was leaving and they wrote what nursery rhyme she liked the best, only thing was when I asked her at home about the nursery rhyme she didn't even know about it telling me they just lied about what her likes and dislikes were as they didn't even know them. I felt my child just got ignored due to being so shy and definetly would not recommend his nursery to anyone!

We booked weeks ago. Told the staff we were coming especially to the space centre as my son has additional needs. Booked hotels etc. Just about to set off when I got a call cancelling the booking as there was a problem with the air con. Gutted to say the least. Cost me a fortune.

Really nice place to visit, my wife had an interview and I accompanied her to the venue. Staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Amy, the new DSW.
