Many thanks to the whole team fast tracking for all the help and support they gave me.and for their patience answering all our questions. They always given us a clear, promptly in a professional, friendly, and understanding way, and we felt they were always aiming to do the best possible for student in a difficult situation. They were encouraging and inspired student to achieve the best result possible.
I passed my test in first attempt today in Nottingham.
I would definitely recommend fast tracking and I called them “Lifesavers”.

Once payment of £800 for 2 students was made, it was impossible to get in touch with Rahil. I was neglected. Poor communication by Rahil and the support team. And it took them 5 days to just reset homework.

For the LITU Course they were given 5 quizzes online to complete a day before and the next day the teacher just tested them on it with a Correct/False response. No teaching/explanation of events.

Teacher (Mehwish) wasn't even British and had a Pakistani accent. She was 10-30 minutes late for every private lesson she gave. She had her baby beside her when teaching which was a distraction.

I baited Rahil into a call and I explained everything. I was very stressed. He acknowledged the wrongs and pledged to give a refund of ¼ what I paid and will build a new system for improvements.

The next day Rahil tells me your refund will be given once we investigate this and told me to rebook the exam that my sister-in-law failed costing another £50. After 4 lessons by Rahil himself she passed. But continues to get progress messages even a week after passing.

I called/emailed them several times in 3 weeks to check if the investigation was completed but it wasn't. I was very annoyed by this and I told Rahil this is taking way too long. I was told tomorrow it should be completed and it was.

I changed the bank details I had given them once before, I updated Rahil and the finance department and they confirmed the new bank details. But I don't get the refund. Been chasing them for another 3 weeks for the refund.

Rahil now says “oh they didn't know which bank account to send to, they were confused”. I sent him a screenshot of my bank details being confirmed by them. I texted “how this could be a confusion” with a crying emoji. He told me to not send him any crying emojis because that is something his wife or his female students send him. He finally refunds me.

For the B1 Course I paid £1,200 for 3 students. For assessment before starting Rahil never showed up saying he was eating dinner. All 3 students were mothers and wasted an hour waiting and decided to get on with their day. Teacher Shellah was good at teaching. They learned everything in 4 lessons, the other 4 were revising.

I messaged Rahil about assessing before booking the exam but no response. The next day, the teacher furiously messaged and was told he is chilling on a holiday. And till this day we haven't got the pass certificates that he said we would get for A2, LIUK and B1 instead excuses.

I do not recommend FastTrack. Rahil is very unorganised and lazy. He has little interest in doing things on time or at all for those students that pay him well. I paid £2000 for all that headache. Could of just taken more time and learn for free using the material available online. I have copied all their homework and will share it for free.

Purchased the Life In The UK course and I am so pleased with my teacher Rahil he explains everything in details and he built up my confidence as before I was constantly failing my mock tests. I passed my Life in the UK test today after completing their course. I would like to recommend anyone who wishes to apply for British citizenship this company as they will make you pass your Life In The UK with flying colours. Thank you again Rahil!

I started the tutoring when I knew the bare minimum English and had no chances of passing my B1 test. In 6 months they helped me improve so much and I was able to pass the test on my first try. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

So I started taking online classes whilst fasting last week. Which I just had done during Sundays and Wednesdays. I have completed 15 chapters online. Mr Rahool the director of fast track, communication and lectures are very impressive and it puts your 100% focus on the lessons. I can’t believe that with in a week's time I have passed my test today. Well done guys you are doing an amazing job. Thanks a lot for making my life easy.
