I just came back from three weeks in Cardiff. I really enjoyed my journey. I was part of an advanced afternoon class with teacher Andrew. He is a very good and experienced teacher. His lessons are always dynamic, and I never felt bored during the three weeks. A huge thank you to teacher Andrew !

Regarding accommodation, I was living in West Wing, which is well located (near the school and city center).

Wonderful and skilled teachers, friendly staff and a lot of extras that keep a student excited (invitations for group visits, meetups, etc). There is great diversity among the students, as well as the staff working at the Celtic English Academy and Cardiff is a very laid back city that still has a lot to offer. Very friendly and polite locals, too!

I am very grateful to the entire Celtic team that works with students. It is a big family that worries and cheers for every student. When I first came to the Celtic academy, I didn't speak English at all. I had a course of 6 months. I am infinitely grateful to my teachers!! you are incredible!!!! the academy changed my life ... and after finishing the course I got the job of my dreams. now I work in an office and do the work I love.Thank you 🙏😘

I had a lovely experience at Celtic English Academy. Teachers were friendly and taught me a lot. It was a precious experience. I had a lot of interesting class with classmates. With them, we practiced some presentations. They were interesting. If I have a chance, I would like to study at Celtic English Academy someday.

My experience in Cardiff was very beautiful and it is for this reason that i want to share it with some beautiful pictures of some visited places. During 3 weeks i had the opportunity to improve my skills in English with two very dynamic teachers called Mrs Gareth with some other learners come from different countries in the world (Japan, France, Belguim, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Swizetland, Turkey, and Martinique) We studied a story of St Davids, science and technology, the future of space, passive and active voice. During the weekend, i had the chance to visit cardiff Bay and some supermarkets...

There are no words to describe how this course has changed my life and my way of seeing the world. Learn English in a calm city, an exemplary course with an excellent teaching methodology. In it I was able to learn not only English, but also to have contact with different cultures. Amazing is the right word to describe it! In just 3 weeks I had the opportunity to be completely immersed in intercultural learning and improve my English in a unique way.

In springI I attended the classes at the Celtic Academy in the morning and during lunchtime for a fortnight . The teachers were very committed and you could tell that they cared about the individual progress of the students. Most of the students were very motivated and the learning atmosphere was pleasant. Despite my age (59), I felt very welcome everywhere. The classrooms are located in two listed buildings. Therefore some of the rooms were actually quite small. In the small room, however, I was in a class with only three participants. The larger class with 8-10 students took place in a larger room. Personally, I prefer a historic building to a sterile new building. The location of the school is also excellent. It is located in the old town near the castle and is easily accessible from the railway station. The school management and administration was very friendly. That was particularly important to me. I was treated very courteously when I arrived and when I wanted to change one of the courses because it didn't meet my needs, it was no problem at all. I also appreciate the fact that the licence for the teaching material we worked with is still valid for two years and I can now continue working with it at home. The price is actually quite high, even for me as a Swiss person, but it is comparable to other language schools in Cardiff. Conclusion: I would like to attend more courses there.
