I joined my course a year ago, and I had the privilege of being guided by my incredible learning coach, Shannon Gough. Shannon was amazing and exceptionally supportive throughout the entire journey. I had the top class out of the world service. I forgot my child’s birth certificate and I was almost in tears after an hour drive to the appointment I could not afford to cancel my appointment. Arti Ruparelia calmed me down and advised I have someone send the Birth certificate and also helped all needed for my assisted service.I still got help even after my time slot but was still done in time. I would definitely come again. My child loved how she was friendly and played with her which calmed me down. Keep up the good work team.

Decor and facilities are very modest, but the place felt tidy and warm. Staff are professional, well organised, and have a good knowledge of what they are doing as the queue was moving fast. Very convenient pay and display parking just next to building. A solid 5-star experience!

I visited this location for biometric collection.

Since my mother was in a wheelchair and unsure of where to wait, I went directly into the waiting room. When I asked the lady if I needed to inform anyone of our presence, I was told we should wait outside. We went outside and waited for about five minutes, after which the same lady marked us as arrived. We then waited another 10 minutes in the waiting room.

When we were called for biometric collection, we were approached by Ms. Sahida, who apologized and explained that we should have gone directly to the biometric area instead of waiting. We greatly appreciated her assistance throughout the process.

My biometric appointment was 2pm. I arrived 15mins early as instructed. I wrote this review at 2:50pm and still haven't been called. The waiting room and aisle is filled with people standing.
Absolute terrible service. May have to extend a 2 hour parking.

I enrolled at Pitman Centre Leicester last year. Sehnaz was appointed as my learning coach for the course. On the induction day all information was explained very clearly, what to expect and how I would navigate through my journey. Also ordered the books I would use for the course.

The course was very flexible. The option of
" Progress at your own pace in your own time with help at hand " suited perfectly with me.

Sehnaz was exceptional in her expertise. Had the answers to any questions and solution to any problems I had. Her guidance was outstanding. I would give 10 Stars if I could. She is an asset at Pitmans Centre Leicester.

I would recommend Pitmans Centre Leicester to enrol for any course of their choice. Sehnaz and her colleagues are amazing, always available and willing to help. Above all and the cherry on top, was the teams exceptional patience with me. I started learning computer after retirement age. I knew nothing about computers when I enrolled. Now I have a fair understanding and confidence and practical knowledge of how to use a computer.
