I have been taking lessons from Patricia for several months now and I have learnt so much. You can really pick up on accent, pronunciation and Spanish sayings from Patricia with her being a Spanish native. She comes up with really good examples that are easy to relate to and will thoroughly explain things you don't quite get and make sure you understand it before moving on. The lessons move on at a comfortable pace and are well structured. I find Patricia flexible and accommodating when booking in my lessons and the prices are reasonably priced with a bit of a discount on block bookings. I would definitely recommend Patricia to anyone wanting to learn Spanish and I look forward to continuing with her myself.

The classes are easy going, so are ideal for people just starting to learn Spanish. You will find people that have a mix of ability from complete novice to intermediate level. Patricia is from Madrid so you have the benefit of hearing Spanish spoken natively. The classes by themselves won't make you a master in Spanish. There is an expectation that you do your own study between classes but the pace is quite relaxed so nobody is left behind.The thing I enjoy most about the classes is being around other learners. Nobody is going to judge you or laugh at you for not knowing how to say something. Class sizes are quite small, probably no more than 8 people at a time. Patricia always has material prepared for each lesson so you only need to bring a pen. What are you waiting for?

Learning the language from a native speaker is a wonderful way to pick up the correct pronunciation and Patricia also explains the context and meaning of things, which you wouldn’t get from an app or a text book. This really helps to embed the learning.
The lessons are tailored to the individual and Patricia is really patient, ensuring that all questions are answered throughout the lessons.

Learning the Spanish language has always been a goal of mine but i always came up with excuses not to!
When i made contact with Patricia for lessons i was worried i would not be able to pick it up! This however, couldn't be further from the truth!

The way in which Patricia teachers is perfect for the kind of learner i am and she puts you at ease right away. I mentioned that i learn in a different way to most other people and she tailors the lessons for me to reflect this. I am regretting that i did not start this sooner, but i am also extremely pleased i have now begun and i look forward to many more lessons!
