J'ai fait avec grande satisfaction l'expérience de l'apprentissage en immersion dans cette famille vraiment très sympathique et cette maison si chaleureuse, typiquement anglaise, dans un quartier résidentiel calme et agréable, bien desservi par les bus pour le Centre-Ville.

Il s'agissait pour moi de réactiver de lointains souvenirs scolaires. La mise au point avec quelqu'un qui vous explique en particulier et insiste seulement sur les notions à revoir, par un entraînement approprié à votre cas et en vous permettant de réinvestir au cours de la vie quotidienne, c'est vraiment un gain de temps et très efficace.
Mais ce qui est aussi important, c'est l'immersion dans le langage du quotidien, avec les expressions courantes (toutes celles qu'on n'apprend pas a l'école), l'accent et l'intonation, qui permettent de communiquer à l'aise: s'exprimer et surtout comprendre les Anglais.
La mémoire affective du vécu joue un rôle très important: Les choses se fixent naturellement et on ne les oublie jamais. Pour ma part, l'expérience date de deux ans et je peux le dire.

De plus, Adrienne est une excellente cuisinière, Len plein d'humour...et le séjour très amical et chaleureux. Un grand grand merci à vous deux pour cette formidable réussite !
