Looking back at my time at Hall Cross School in the late 90s, I realize how much one disturbing experience has stuck with me. There was this man He wasnā€™t a student, but he used to hang around outside the school, dressed up in a makeshift school uniform with smeared platform shoes. I remember seeing him for the first time just after class. He was leaning against the gates, staring at me and a few of my friends. He didnā€™t say much, just grinned, but it was unsettling. We all knew something was off about him. Over the next few months, he kept showing up more often. Sometimes heā€™d follow us halfway home, not saying a word, just making these weird noisesā€”like raspberries or low whistlesā€”just close enough for us to hear but never confronting us directly. It wasnā€™t just me. A lot of students talked about seeing him near the entrance after school, and some kids even said heā€™d tried to follow them through the town center. We reported him to the staff, and while they told us theyā€™d look into it, he didnā€™t go away. Everyone was freaked out, but back then, there was only so much they could do about it.his guy wasnā€™t just some local oddball; he made us feel unsafe. I still donā€™t know why no one took it more seriously. It was rumored he had been doing this for years, and people in Doncaster would even joke about him. For the students, though, it was no jokeā€”it was harassment. Itā€™s been years since I left Hall Cross, but I still remember the way that guy made us all feel. what's even crazier is that i just found out that he goes by the alias of "smartschoolboy9" Seeing those videos brought back all those creepy memories from school, and itā€™s strange that the whole world knows about him now

Went to a neighbouring school and this one was full of wanna be gypsy families who haven't travelled since there great grandparents era and have live in doncaster ever since.the sports side of this school always performed well as they are in the town centre and ate spotted easily doing sport by spotters unlike the outskirt schools.been told by friends who went here bullying was bad ,busy school so they get away with more and teachers had relationships with young girls particularly one lass I know from balby who doesn't deny it. Avoid This school if you want your child to develop in a decent manner and not fall into wrong groups. If you want your kid to get in trouble all the time and possibly be bullied a lot and doss in town on dinner and get in trouble then this could be the place for you , school looks nice but has its problems and people causing trouble outside the gates are often seen in gangs singling out who they want from petty arguments on social media

My husband and i moved my daughter to hallcross at the first half of year 10.She wasnt happy for a number of reasons at her previous school and was naturally quite nervous when we suggested the move to her. We knew how unhappy she was and so for us and her it was the best suggestion.
She has gone from strength to strength here and cannot praise the school enough. Her grades are now outstanding considering shes only been at hallcross a year now.She has a much brighter outlook on school and actually loves going.shes made lots of new friends and has left her old school and contacts in the past.it is a big decision to change school especially at 15, but we knew something had to change .And it did.She is predicted A in lots of her GCSE S and has a bright future here in 6th form.Id like to THANK ALL the staff at hallcross for saving her and giving her the opportunity to have a great future of which she will be proud to say is down to you and lots of hard work too.THE best school atound.

Worst school to send your children to! Racist and Discriminatory "teachers", should not even called be teachers (in particular, Business studies "teachers"), my children have witnessed Racist and Discriminatory behaviour towards Polish and Asians students in this school. I will be reporting this school to Ofsted and local MP!!! AVOID!!
