Testimonial from a group of German students. (23 November)The lessons were creative and interactive. The host families were very kind. They offered food like: Pizza, Fish & Chips, Chicken and Pasta. The activities (for example: Barn Games, Town Trail, Spitfire Museum) were mostly fun, but some of them were not very creative (Karaoke, Barn Dance, Drama). The trips to Canterbury and London were good, we had a lot of fun and free time. The school building was very small for all the students. We had the student 15 course. On the first day we had to do a test to see which level (1-5) we belonged to. All in all it was a nice experience.

Was here in 2017 and 2018. Both times I had a very good stay here and had much fun with the activities and classes. I’m not sure if they helped to improve my English, but it was worth it coming here. The Families we was assigned to was both very kind, open and helped us a lot. Activities were planned very nicely and were fun. If it’s still like back then, I recommend coming here. Most funny dude in that school program was Calum. Nice guy, very funny. I kinda hope for the people going there that he still works for the school.

Some teachers were really boring and the material for the lessons was not well organised. On the plus side, there are breaks and you can go out for a coffee. My host family was nice, but I have heard others say that some are not very clean. The evening activities were quite exhausting, you had to walk to your host family, then shower, eat, get dressed and then walk to the activity which for some people was a 30 minute walk and then another 30 minutes back home. I think it's an experience you should do once, but not twice.

We‘ve been there about 8 years ago. A group from Iceland was there with us in the lessons. One Icelandic girl asked her friend something about the school stuff and the teacher exploded. Called her „dumb“, „stupid“ and ignorant. She started crying and he screamed more & more. Bloody awful! We were about 14-15 years old at that time

A school should follow ethical values. Sadly Kent School doesn't. The UK government removed since many months covid restrictions. However in this school unvaccinated people are not welcome, hence discriminated.
They claim they want to protect the hosts and other attendees. Oh really!? Guess what, the majority of the group came back from the course with Corono virus. They had to even shorten their stay.

Very nice place to visit with a class of studens. The vanue is pleasant, but the real charm are the activities planned by the School. Recommended!

Great memories here, some good teachers, other a bit rude telling the truth . Anyway my English has improved a lot since that experience.

I feel like I only wasted my time and money there and my English hasn't improved in anyway. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone
