This is the second time within the last 7 months I have used the service and I cannot fault the professionalism by your staff. It can be quite difficult to locate a vein in my arm ( past experiences ) to take bloods, and for the second time within minutes one has been found, so it lessons the anxiety beforehand. Also the comprehensive tests you offer for an affordable price at my own home location is really impressive, and one in which no other company I know of offers this service.

Fantastic service. I travelled 1hr from Manchester to get my blood taken there, and I’m so glad I did. Both staff I saw during my visit were friendly, professional and put me at ease. My results arrived quickly and I’ll definitely use them again in the future (I’ll also be recommending them to family and friends).

I was very impressed and happy with my experience here. The nurse was very friendly and professional. The appointment took just 10 minutes. Results were back with me within 48 hours as advertised. Very good experience all around.

One thing that worried me initially was the incorrect spelling/grammar on the website, so I'd recommend correcting this as to give confidence to new customers. I'll definitely be back soon. 5*
