I visited Accrington Victoria hospital for my 2.30 chest app on 5/9/24 this was my first visit here, wow what a lovely clean hospital !
Dr ANWAR : very knowledgeable & friendly Dr
explains to detail everything you need to know
I felt so relaxed & Calm asking him questions i needed to know !
Staff absolutely brilliant & very friendly.
Cannot praise enough ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

I visited the minor injuries unit this morning, following a fall, to investigate a possible injury to my shoulder. I can’t thank the team enough for their friendly professionalism & speedy service. I was in & out, which included an x-ray, in just over an hour. The NHS at its best!

This hospital was a brilliant hospital and has served the people of Accrington for over 100 years it was built and paid for by the people of Accrington so sad that they health service has got its way and have now closed it by neglecting it for years . I have lots of memories of Accy vic some happy a couple sad and I will remember it fondly . Bye old lady you served us well

My friend attended this hospital today for treatment for a small bite & the staff were amazing in delivering the services he needed to address his situation; that was after some ungrateful parent threw a tantrum in the waiting room because the hospital staff wanted to take another image of the child's injury & they weren't happy - what if they missed something because they didn't try to improve their delivery to the patient, & their child ended up with a permanent disfigurement as a result - these people deserve respect not mutterings from a spoilt parent setting a bad example to their child, where does the stupidity end!!

My observations were of competence & professionalism & I would like them to know there are still people that understand the service they provide under difficult circumstances & applaud them for it.

Fantastic, all the staff were lovely and helpful, I was there an hour and was seen by triage, had an x-ray and given my results.

Probably the best medical service I've ever experienced.

Well done to all involved in running this community hospital, I am majorly impressed.

Excellent and lovely staff. Pleasant receptionist explained how the system worked and made my appointment. Pretty much on time was called through and seen by a lovely medic, then X-rays, after a very short wait, followed by treatment. NHS at its best. Highly recommended

I came here when I twisted my ankle on a trampoline to have a x ray and I had a good experience the waiting room wasn't long and it was clean
