The last course with Alexandre was excellent in all areas. I was particularly impressed by her response to our requests about content and style of presentation and her ability to make material accessible to all, taking account of age and stage of impairment of some participants ( me !). I was extremely grateful

I have just completed my first 8 week conversation and grammar course at the AF and have really enjoyed it. Our teacher Marie was excellent and encouraging. She provided really useful handouts and used some interesting methods to encourage our conversations in French. I would recommend the AF to anyone wanting to learn or deepen their knowledge of French language and culture.

I've taken three back-to-back online courses with Alliance Francaise, and each teacher has been welcoming, friendly and encouraging. The classes are really well structured and small talk at the start of class is encouraged, which really helps to gain confidence in day-to-day speaking. Highly recommend 🙂

I have been attending classes at the Alliance Francaise for several years. The tuition has always been excellent with highly skilled and experienced native French speakers who use a range of interesting topics to improve your vocabulary, fluency and most of all confidence to express yourself at whatever level you choose. Language learning is a lifelong skill and regular tuition with the Alliance Francaise has helped me make steady progress. They also organise cultural events for all their students and the public and promote French culture through their extensive on site library and online access. The lessons are always a highlight of my week.

I really enjoyed participating in B1/B2 online class this autumn. The class was very participatory, the other students were friendly and the teacher very skillful in guiding our debates and class discussions. I gained more courage to speak and acquired new vocabulary. It was a pleasant experience; I am eager for new knowledge and to practice more speaking.
