Professional work team. Very helpful with any explanations that I asked for. Went above and beyond with the advice given. Made an appointment by phone, booked me in at a convenient time, gave me a few options on how to deal with a double-nailed tyre. In & out in 10 minutes. Very polite, very professional.

Booked an MOT over 3 weeks ago, phoned me yesterday, 24 hours notice to say it was cancelled - MOT bay out of order for 3 weeks so book elsewhere.

Still taking bookings online, spoke to Head Office who confirmed no problems reported with their MOT bay. So they are liars.

If my MOT had been due to expire soon I could have been left without transport. Won't use again or recommend.

Please AVOID! The MOT tester is so arrogant. He was dealing with me and then half way through, asks the guy behind me if he needs help, WHAT! So he doesn't book me in and tends to the guy behind me. I told him to finish with me first, then he got angry and raised his voice about how I should wait if he is busy with someone. I was left really upset and have now complained to the head office. I get better service at Autofix. This place will waste time, overcharge, and then call you names for it. Narcissistic service. They are not worth it.
