We attend regularly for a baby group, facilitates are quite dated and the room the group takes place in could be cleaner as it is often dusty and a bit dirty.

This place has awaiting room area a large hall a small kitchen facility for making and serving at least hot drinks and a couple of toilets. The community hall is the main feature. Accessible to the public during the day. There are lots of nearby facilities too such as a library and cafe.

I come here occasionally to help with Christchurch's Body and Soul, it's lovely to see people there. More places should have community centres for this type of stuff!

The staff and facilities are excellent. Last time my group turned up to find we had omitted to book the room. Despite it being very busy they still found us space to hold our meeting. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Nice central location in the middle of Baldock. Room rates are reasonable and it's kept in a good condition for it's age. A little updating wouldn't go amiss, but it's functional. Decent tea and coffee bar with a good selection of sweets for the kids (old and young!). Parking not great, but it's next door to the high street with parking available on both sides.

We use this space for annual community meetings and also I come here to vote. It's one of those municipal buildings that every town has and needs but it could do with a lick of paint. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Lovely, friendly community centre. Reasonably priced snack bar, tea, coffee etc. Range of second hand books to buy. A couple of tubs of preschool/young toys to play with while there. Loads of classes. Nice hall to rent with kitchen and bar.
