The school itself and staff are great, the director of studies however is a prejudiced horrible person, blames staff for absolutely everything and takes no accountability. I would warn other ESOL teachers away from this establishment dimply because of management which is unfortunate because the school is great and students are fantastic

Friendly, relaxed but very professional approach from all the staff, from the director, Rosie, to all the teachers. Even the cleaning staff are amazing.

Since March from last year I am trying to contact with them to recover what I paid for lectures that due to Covid-19 we could not do it. This is not serious at all...They do not reply my email, do not give me a solution about what is gonna happen with my money or if I can take the lectures instead. I can see from comments that happens the same to other students...

Bethnal student academy is a good place if you want learn english with the best teacher . I’m so happy because at the beginning I couldn’t speak English and now I can speak and write in English . Thanks to my favourite teacher Kamila and Paul 😘
