I had an Introduction to Public Service Interpreting with ABSOLUTE at the end of May this year. Emal has deep knowledge and experience on the subject and tried to engage all the participants, which was mission impossible having in mind the big size group. Interesting role playing so we can spot the mistakes. Not easy to conduct a course of this type on line.
The connection was bad and I could not hear everything at all times.

My recommendations are:
-Smaller size group
-Something written to be send per email after each session with the most valuable information e.g. bullet point, table, etc
-Short course content ...maybe

On the phone,I been advised that the price for 4 pages is around £40.00 for 2 days,or if I want in same day,will be around £60.00 but,the price can differ. If from £60.00 will jump even to £100.00 for one day is understandable, but no to £399.00 for 5 pages,this is ridiculous.
£399 for 5 pages,sounds not very cheap as first review sais
Maybe this is because this company write reviews in his own Google Profile to be like a good company?!

As I said,I understand that phone price was like an orientation, and also over the phone, I said 4 pages,but I had 5 pages. You said 7,but did you realised that 2 pages contain around 30 words each?!?!?! So how dare are you say that I had 7 pages?
This was first.

2nd. Ok,the prices were for an examples,right.
But how do you do an average price for a page?
I had 2401 words,ok. But as a translation specialist, you should know that a A4 page contains in average 500 words?
2401/500= 4.8 (5 pages) not 7 as you said.
3rd. The price can't be 6x times bigger than an example price.

And yes,first your review,was added by one of your employee,because the email I received today,is with same Gmail Domain as on review. Maybe this is not clear for everyone, but I know what I'm talking about.
