*Because of this review I have now been BANNED from ALL Bristol Street Motors Dealerships- Currently checking with Solicitors as to the legality of such a Pernicious Action *

A fault / software update became a major problem .

What this revealed was a massive disparity between Skoda UK, and Skoda Service Departments within Skoda Dealerships- the fact that details are NOT shared between either - Therefore you arrive with your vehicle to be told they have no record of it or what has been agreed via Skoda Customer Services .

This is prior to filling in an On-Line check-in form that was emailed two days prior to the appointment.

The outcome was an expensive diagnosis that revealed the vehicle required 3 software updates ( Which happened to be ordained by Skoda , along with Being FREE or were lead to believe were Free) .

Disappointed does not accurately describe having Nearly £400 taken for a software update .

I recently 'distance' bought a Skoda Superb.
Andy is an outstanding professional and is a credit to Bristol Street Motors.
I was apprehensive about buying a car online, but Andy patiently guided me through the process, which was very reassuring.
The process itself, including delivery of my new car and pickup of my part-exchange, was very smooth, and was well-explained and communicated by Andy.
Very happy with the new car. Would thoroughly recommend this dealership and Andy in particular - so friendly and easy to complete the purchase:)

Bought a used Skoda from Bristol Street Motors Soda Chesterfield, today my new car delivered and extremely pleased. I was a little nervous about buying the car without viewing in person, however, Andy Brown was very accommodating sending me a detailed video of the car, giving me as much information as he could and answered all my questions. Have just bought a second hand car from Skoda Chesterfield, excellent service throughout. Luke was knowledgeable and friendly while explaining our options for purchase. The time frame for getting the car was as expected, we were kept up to date on the process and where there was a minor delay we were informed in a timely manner.
