A really good school for learning English in a safe place

This is a British Scammer Center! Applicants/Students be cautious!! Their trap is to hook applicants to pay tuition fees at discounted attractive amount then immediately declare the applicant unqualified claiming the governmental ban in order to withhold and embezzle your money. Here is my nighmare experience in dealing with BSC London: On April 12 friday BSC sent to me Acceptance letter enrolling my daughter to study at BSC Bangkok and I made transfer of tuition fees to BSC London as per their invoice. On April 15 monday out of all imagination I was shockingly told by BSC representative its Bangkok school does not accept overseas students! She told me refund was made on April 17, and presented to me screenshot proof of refund, yet after over one month until May 22 they made the real refund under pressure from English UK. On May 01 I realized being fooled since the said refund had not arrived after 2 weeks of "Refund Initiated", so I resorted to English UK and British Council to intervene. On May 08 BSC presented anather fake proof of refund to English UK as well. For the 5 weeks I kept in contacting BSC over whatsapp,email and sent Facebook private and open remindal messages asking for refund with no further delay, only its representative occassionally replying she was pressing for refund. Without English UK intervention, BSC would never do the real refund. BSC had asked me to present airticket to enjoy so-called travel cashback and give discount on tuition fees, but now it refuses to take a penny of responsibility! They dare enough to produce and present to the victim and English UK fake proof of refund in shameless cheating.

Worst school ever . They don’t reply to your emails and don’t even pick up the calls. My friend applied for this school and for some reason he couldn’t make it . Its been more than 5 months they are not giving him the refund . They don’t care about their 60 days policy for the refund . My friend now applied for different universities and he wants to pay the fee for that university but this school is not giving him the refund back . He is really struggling and is kind of depressed and this uni doesn’t care about it . They are playing with someone’s emotions. He called me while he was crying but this school doesn’t reply to his emails or pickup any calls . So unprofessional

Worst university i have seen in my life they don't understand students feelings. 1 year ago i have paid fees and they reject me in interview and i raise my refund request in January but right now I haven't received my refund and they are not reply to my email calls even when ever i call them they start arguing. I have to proceed in another university. Already in to much stress please someone suggest me what i will do.

I took a monthly course at BSC London Hampstead, and it was one of the most amazing and stimulating experiences of my life: the teachers and the members of the staff were always so nice and helpful, and I made great strides in my English. The area where the school is located is quiet and characteristic, and the city centre is easily reachable. I totally recommend it!

Buyer beware. they put people in classes they happen to have space for. My brother's first trip to London as his summary holiday was ruined by British Study Centre. he could not understand the class and this course hurt his confidence in learning English. he was put in a class in which everyone is 20 years older than him and have much better English than he has. the teacher was arrogant and unprofessional. British Study Centre refused to refund any of the payments. If you are booking a language course, it is better to either visit in person before booking or through recommendation of people you know. They are good at marketing. have perfectly managed online presence and facebook pages with carefully managed "reviews" and professional photos. Note that if you are not happy with the class, it takes months for Citizen Advise to guide you through the process for claims and we simply did not have time to go through all these processes that drags on for months. British Study Centre will not give you any responses or even any apologies. They are so arrogant to refuse to acknowledge this is a paid service. Be careful before you buy their courses online. You will not get any refund in any circumstances. I will be making more complaint through government bodies when we have time. if you have similar experience do help to stop this happening to other customers by posting on Google so that the regulatory bodies can look at these irresponsible sellers properly when more cases are made known to them.
