EDIT: The last few times I went this older man was actually friendly and even cracked jokes with other customer! I hope this is a positive change that will stay!
The older man needs to be re-evaluated! He is a grumpy, rude old man who is making coming here a nightmare!! Why are only the younger employees kind How's about instead of being grumpy because the young ladies don't work there anymore, be grateful you still have a job considering this post office was initially supposed to completely close! This place would have much better reviews if that man got rid of his negative attitude.

Be warned they only let you have parcels if you have drivers license or passport. No other identification is good enough.. would not except my social care badge with photo identification and name and status with the company i work for. They really also need to get training for the staff in there.. the rude old bloke who has no social skills and is extremely aggressive , I actually panic before going in there as he shouts and stares at you in such an misogynistic manner. Please can someone sort this out!!!!

The staff is extremely rude and shows no respect. I believe they have issues with the English language. I noticed they treat people who speak Urdu nicely, but their tone changes completely when serving others. I will be reporting this to the Post Office.

I will officially appeal against this old man. He is rude and totally unprofessional when treating people. He is so stressed and can't handle a very small queue in comparison to the cashier beside him. It is the worst day in my life when I have to go to that place, and I always try to avoid it as much as I can. The rest of the employees are good, welcoming, and understanding.

There is no option to give zero rating that’s why iam putting one star.
This is not my first bad experience with the old man in the post office.
He don’t know how to behave properly with the customers.
Kindly give him some therapy or a teaching session regarding how to behave properly and professionally with the people.
Each time when I ask doubt he treats me like a stupid and says how do I know?
Then why he is there to serve as if he doesn’t know anything.
I am also a public servant and I know how to treat my clients properly but he doesn’t.
From the comments and ratings I can clearly say that most of the people experience the same and till now his behaviour is not changed. Which means the authority is not taken any action

The guy in the post office section was completely unhelpful and rude and after looking at other posts I can see he's not any different. I will go elsewhere but someone obviously needs to bring the guy up to standards! Heard him shouting before I got there "Where are you women!" Assume he was waiting for another colleague. sounds a joy to work with as well.
