Jumbled, boring, and generic are three words that come to mind when thinking about CIM Level 4 in Digital Marketing. From start to finish, the course was a monotonous slog, lacking structure and depth. Avoid this education provider at all costs, and invest in a real qualification instead.

Paid a premium for the supporting course for Integrated Communications in 2016. The tutor reviewed my pre-submitted work as being 'quite good, minor changes needed'. Upon receiving the formal mark the grade was barely a pass. Feedback from the academy indirectly discouraged requesting a review.

I spent a couple of days here at a company event, along with the rest of the marketing team at my company. The course lasted for a couple of days and was stimulating and interesting.

The venue was set in a beautiful area with some great pubs to visit nearby during the evening. The beds were comfortable and the food extremely good. The shower heads were huge and there was lots of welcome hot water in the mornings.

The study centre itself was very chilled, and there were libraries, pool tables and a gym to relax in after study had finished.

During the course we took regular breaks to work in the beautiful gardens in groups. They served us cakes and homemade cookies at break times, and lots of free coffee.

I have rarely felt so looked after during a learning experience, and this was second to none. My colleagues enjoyed it thoroughly also. Staff were fantastic. Highly recommended. I hope to visit again soon.

An intro session was done by 2 staff members on 2 Nov following my course enquiry and I was promised course, fees and registration details via email which never appeared. I have sent followup emails and a phone message attended by their colleague who also promised that one of them will get back, after taking down my contact details. And nothing happened. I found this unprofessional and discrimatory as one has the right to know the reason for rejection or why denied of the course.

Really disappointed with CIM academy. After having personal issues I was told to pay the whole module fee again. I reached out to the CEO of CIM but was ignored.
