My experience in the university has been very good. It teached me a lot both in the subject as well as how to handle things in the workplace as well. There are very good professors, success coaches, the talent team who helps us with the cv and the job as well and the library staff is excellent 👏 👍 👌 😃😃😃😍😭

I read the reviews on here and realise I am not alone.
After 4 years at CU Coventry (4 painful years with no support and understanding of what I am doing), I decided to go for an MBA with CU group. The application process was quick and then all went downhill. Was getting close to the start of the course and receiving no contact, I have contacted the university instead, been asked to complete a RTS and after 3 more days still nothing. Drove to CU Coventry in Dagenham (where I thought I will be studying), just to find out that is not where I will be studying and that I am not ready to enrol to this course due to my BA reverting on my Solar and showing an outstanding module. The ladies that managed the engagement team have done their best to support and sent me on my way advising that someone from Liverpool Street centre will be in contact to make an appointment for a face2face RTS. Of course any of my complaints have remained unresolved and not responded to. Of course I had to take another day off work to go to Liverpool Street and get this resolved. Of course I have social anxiety and London’s crowds are giving me panic attacks. Of course I checked what I agreed to when I accepted the offer, and the address where I would be studying was not on there. I now agree with all the other people saying they have dropped out, there are valid reasons. Their building is nice and staff slightly capable, so I will give them 2 stars.

The university is one of the top-ranked institutions in the UK, offering excellent student support and services. However, given the fees we pay, a dedicated campus is essential. There isn’t a suitable place to relax or socialise during breaks.

The worst university admission team I’ve ever seen. These are scammers and never contact them! Before receiving the money, they wrote to my agent almost every day and answered all inquiries within 1 hour. After receiving the money, they began to disappear for weeks, WhatsApp does not answer, phones too. About the documents received from me, they lie that they did not receive anything, and when you start demanding to report, they simply ignore it. More than two months have passed since the start of the admission process, and the documents for applying for a student visa are still not ready on their part. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The worst university you can ever imagine! Spent 4 years there and don't know where to start. Not supportive at all, the staff is arrogant, selfish and all they care is MONEY! They advertise themself as an International University with a variety of cultures, but in real life it's an Indian University, do not expect to make friends from different countries and share your cultures because there isn't any other culture.

The receptionists are really rude and wouldn’t care about anything but instead they wear looking at their nails and doing their nails. I flew from Singapore to collect my cert, all i asked was how long would it take to collect my certificate? they told me “i don’t know” and continued doing their own thing. extremely rude receptionists. They could atleast have given me an estimate as i am flying back home the next day and my parents were waiting outside the school. it’s extremely unprofessional. Please educate them.

I came here in may intake for bachelor's degree and experience is worst . They are simply money makers they don't allow installments moreover first year fees was 15700 in second year they increased it . Their working system also sucks they don't allow widraw or changing options. They never answer properly to any inquiry.Don't ruin your future don't come here .

Unbelievably poorly run "university" (if you can call it that)

Don't go here if you want: 1) decent teaching 2) any social life 3) friends

The teaching is diabolically awful with lecturers who you physically cannot comprehend how they got a job. There are also zero clubs or societies so your social life will be down the drain. I was depressed and couldn't find a way to get out. What was my solution?

I dropped out. It's the best decision I've ever made. I went up to Nottingham and I've never looked back. If you are at this university and are unsure, just drop out.
