I really appreciated Community Action Dacorum sign posting me the Metime course as well as the Delving deeper course which were both excellent to give well needed tools to deal with these uncertain times. George Enaid was very attentive and sensitive to everyone's needs as well as giving an insight into her own worries and ways of calming and harnessing emotions with good habits that I am still using and will continue to use.
