OET on 13.05.
At the beginning of the test, the speaker was not working properly. We have to wait 10 minutes. It was so stressful. In addition, two employees move around a lot in the test room during the listening part. They flipped through the papers during the test, which was so disturbing. The room was too small, every movement of the other candidates disturbed you. The condition was generally terrible.

I had my ielts GT exams here, and I absolutely loved it here and would recommend this centre any day.
I arrived quite early with my friend and was warmly welcomed by Hannah. She made us feel so comfortable and I simply forgot I was there to take an exam.
The ambience was great and every staff I met was welcoming.

All in all, Minus 1 star just because it would've been better if headphones were provided for the Listening test instead of just the usual speakers. It was audible but you can hear all other noises as well (the seagulls outside or thr scribbling sound of the next person) which can be distracting. Otherwise, the staff were superb (5⭐s)!

I never thought I would drop a review for an IELTs centre, but Hannah is the reason for it. Her ability to make candidates comfortable and break the ice with them is terrific. I actually enjoyed my exam and left all smiles, thanks to Hannah and the terrific team she supervises at the centre. She is an asset to the British Council and anyone else she works with. Bless her.
