My two children have been attending FCL Hornchurch since November 2019 and from then until this day I have seen a vast improvement in my children's English and Maths skills as well as a big boost to their confidence. Their tutor Ray is very patient with them and will go out of his way to help them achieve their goal. From my own observation as a parent it is obvious that the words "giving up" are not in Ray's vocabulary and so every child he tutors will definitely do well now and in the future. This is by far the best tuition service around this area and I intend on having Ray continue to tutor my kids through primary school and all the way through secondary school.

Ray @ First Class Learning has been tutoring our son since the start of the academic year Sept 2022. The stress that he had at the start of the term has now been replaced with confidence towards his approach. I would most definitely say that Ray has been behind this transformation. As a tutor, he has proved himself to be patient while teaching, clear in his explanations and once he sees that my son has understood the topic, challenges him by giving tougher problems to solve. I get to see this progress by reading his insightful reports and having meetings with him.

As a parent, I find it helpful with Ray’s quick responses, clear communication skills and flexibility in his class schedule in case of a cancellation. Irrespective of whether you are choosing Ray as a short term or a long term tutor, I would highly recommend him to tutor your child.

FCL has been of invaluable help to my son and daughter in explaining various concepts and theories in their English, Mathematics and Science courses. I sense that my children has finally grasped the fundamental concepts and also improved with their grades at school. I think Michelle and Ray are doing a great job at explaining and then reinforcing with exercises. Michelle and Ray are very professional in their whole approach, from timekeeping to providing detailed feedback on each lesson to us parents. Every child and parent is very well heard which I see as a foundation to a whole process to work at the best level possible. Flexibility and understanding in every aspect is outstanding! Highly recommend the centre, both my kids attend and I’ve seen a massive improvement in their learning. The daily worksheets encourage the practice of the methods as well as helps me as the parent understand where my child is at and what they need additional support on.

My daughter started at FCL Hornchurch for extra support after missing 2 years of school because of ill health. I wish I had found them before, they would have made a big difference to the outcome of her school life. The staff are very patient and supportive with your childs individual needs. Not like school, they set the lesson to your child's individual level not by their age. Ray communicates with the parents about any issues, and the school if needed. He goes above and beyond any teacher or tutor that has been involved with my daughter education.
