My partner visited here today for an appointment to have his hearing aid checked & re tubed, they also changed the head to a smaller one so it now stays in his ear better. He also got new batteries to keep him going. Free NHS service, great. Very quick, skillful & friendly service. Will be visiting again in a few months.

Recently made an appointment for my niece as she is starting out in college just to see what help she might be able to ask for, ie in class support. Wow Where do I start? Gilson and Christian were absolutely amazing, we took up hours of their time and they patiently informed us of a whole new world available to support my niece in her on going life, and I mean every aspect of it, we had no idea and we will be eternally grateful. Safe to say my niece is buzzing. Thankyou so much what an awesome job you guys do. Sam

The place is nice with kitchen in it where you can have a break for a cup of coffee. But unfortunately it's cold there and that would be nice if periodically the heater works there.

Anyone who is deaf using BSL they have lunch club 1st Thursday each month good experience to meet other lovely deaf people
