It was great experience to attend first aid course in Bradford , Catherine was an amazing and experienced tutor delivered course very efficiently. I am grateful for the opportunity to attend a two-day MHFA course with a great group of people.

Johnny is an outstanding, inspirational, honest instructor with much insight and knowledge. It was a brilliant and intensive, well-structured, interactive course with case studies, role plays, statistics, and discussions. At times, the course was emotional, offering and sharing real-life experiences. The way Johnny engaged with the group was exceptional. He was friendly, empathetic, engaging, and supportive, creating a safe and professional environment where we could share sometimes challenging experiences.

I came away with a more in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect well-being. I gained skills to help me engage in appropriate conversations about mental health with improved language and stigma awareness.

I would recommend the course to anyone committed to creating a positive mental health culture in the workplace, supporting the well-being of colleagues and teams, and removing the stigma attached to mental health issues.
