This place should not be allowed to operate. The staff are incompetent, rude, unprofessional and to be honest have no business working anywhere near this industry as they have no regard for the stress that their customers will be under when they arrive for an exam. If you fail to deliver, as promised, a place for people to take an exam, the least you could do would be to accept fault, and appreciate the importance of your failure. Not only is this centre incapable of reliably administering exams due to their inability to maintain a working Wi-Fi network, they are very rude and obtuse when they fail to provide the single service that they are paid to provide. In addition to these issues, after failing to render services agreed, the least you would expect would be that the staff would try to fix these problems as a matter of priority but the staff are entirely unprofessional and unresponsive to both the exam-takers and the exam-board support that were trying to help them fix this problem. My advice to anyone wishing to sit an exam, or any exam board hoping to hold an exam in Barking, would be to avoid this centre at all costs. (and if you've already booked an exam here, don't worry, you won't have to sit it because they will definitely cancel it on the day)

DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE.

Booked an exam only to arrive there and the place is closed. Contact number unavailable. It baffles me Pearson allows this place to operate. Incredibly inconvinient.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR COMPTIA A EXAM OR ANY 0THER EXAM UNLESS YOU WANT TO FAIL IT, THERE FRAUDS! ALSO THERE COMPUTER NETWORKS ALWAYS TURN OFF WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION THERE RUDE AND I DEMANDED I CANCEL THE TEST, THEY SAID MY TIME IS PAUSED EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ISSUES WITH THE SYSTEM WHICH IS NOT EVEN TRUE! I COULDNT EVEN COMPLETE MY EXAM DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ISSUES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM THESE PEOPLE AND ONE POINT AS THE COMPUTER FROZE AND MY TIME WAS GOING DOWN I WENT TO FIND THE PERSON WHO RUNS THE EXAMS AND HE WAS PRAYING ON A MAT AND TOOK HES TIME EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID FOR A SERVICE AT THE END OF THE DAY WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS, YOU KNEW YOU HAD CANDIDATES ARRIVING FOR AN EXAM AND YOU COULDNT OF WAITED TILL AFTER WE HAD FINISHED OUR EXAM TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. DISGUSTING.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
