Extremely Unprofessional – Still Waiting for My Refund

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Global Edulink. I have been waiting for a refund of £581.40 since 25th June, and despite contacting them numerous times, I have received no resolution.

A representative named Michelle Fernandes keeps saying the refund is "under review," but it has now been over six months with no progress. This level of service is unacceptable, and it feels like they are deliberately avoiding taking responsibility.

I would strongly advise against taking any courses with Global Edulink. They do not value their customers and fail to honor their commitments. I demand my refund immediately.

If you’re considering signing up for their services, think twice—they are unprofessional and unreliable.

REFUND MY 581.40 IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH.

31/10 STILL NO EXAM VOUCHER!!. I STRONGLY advise anyone against using this company.

25/10 Once again no voucher received despite being ASSURED that I would receive it within 24 hours of last chasing!

The saga continues….Chased exam voucher AGAIN on 18/10 and was told it would take another 24 hours. Still nothing as of 23/10. Same old excuses!!

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I requested the exam voucher for ITIL foundation course in May and have still not received it despite chasing multiple times! No one from this company seems to want to help or able provide any update on why they can’t seem to provide the basic service they are set up to deliver. I have logged a complaint with them and heard nothing despite being PROMISED a response on the day it was raised. I am starting to seriously suspect this company is fraudulent or some kind of scam. I will be seeking advice from gov.com on how to report this company and honestly can’t understand how it has so many positive reviews!!
