Terrible school, all good reviews are fake, the boss treats teachers like slaves, forgets to pay teachers, and disregards students' complaints about host families. The boss changes the name of the school every 3 years or so. It used to be world school, then world language school, then global language school. That says a lot. But the address is a the same. It baffles me that the boss thinks that all people are bafoons.

They don't pay host families. I've seen fights between the school owner and people whom he owes money to.

I've seen it several times while waiting for my bus that the receptionist invited multiple men into the school after working hours, both completely drunk. I'm afraid to think about what they do there on the same desks that teenagers use to put their books on.

If you want to send your child to this school. Just don't!

This school is not accredited to sponsor visas. We were told that they were and paid £385 for a priority short term student visa and it was refused. I have already paid the fees upfront and have been told I would get a refund weeks ago. I have still not received a refund. The school has a number you can call but it always goes to voicemail. Please be careful and do not pay any fees upfront. See below from Embassy application done Sept 2022
STS 4.1. The course provider must be an accredited institution. It is noted that this institution is not an accredited institution Global Language School Ltd as required by the Immigration Rules. Your application is therefore refused under paragraphs STS 4.1 of the Immigration Rules as I am not satisfied that Global Language School Ltd is an accredited institution.

Update: 4 years on… still waiting for our money…
A disastrous experience with this company, I would never recommend or trust them for my children's trip. More than 30 families have been waiting for more than a year for Paolo to return the money that was left from a trip that was never made due to Covid 19. He promised in writing to return it before last December but he still does not do it and does not give a answer.

Lack of teachers resulting in 25% of the lessons cancelled and the school has been ignoring me since I'm requesting that money back. This lack of teachers also resulted in having different levels in the same class difficult the learning process as for same people lessons were too easy and for others too difficult.
The school is badly organised and some student starting lessons a week later than it was agreed with no previous communication. I've been in several english school around UK and this is the only one I've had issues. Worst school ever. Please avoid if you don't want to waste your time and money

Because it is a school that you are really treated as a student, not a number, normally the schools here are only weighing us exams, forget that if the student really learns to speak, read, write and converse in English, he will have no problem in pass us exams. This school has great historical and cultural walks around the country. Teachers and guides well prepared. Here if the student wants to study, he really learns to speak English !!!
