Having just completed my second course and 20 lessons later (and signed up for my third course) I would highly recommend Goya languages to anyone.

Having initially only signed up in attempts to show my Spanish partner I was trying to learn the language, I quickly found I really enjoyed the lessons and initial embarrassment about speaking a new language quickly disappeared. Ana has been an amazing teacher throughout and my understanding of the language has come a long way thanks to her teaching approach, patience and encouragement.

Lessons are set up in a way that allow for plenty of opportunity to practice speaking Spanish in a relaxed and informal setting whilst focusing on practical language skills that will be immediately useful in day to day conversation. I highly recommend! 🙂

I have recently completed 10 classes of Spanish with Paula, Goya Languages. Paula is an amazing teacher, she is very kind, funny, enthusiastic and engaging. I have learnt so much so quickly and Paula has really supported my confidence with Spanish conversation. The content and the structure of the classes was excellent, was really easy to follow, and I enjoyed practising in between classes. Learning and singing Spanish songs with Paula, was a particular highlight! I would definitely recommend Goya Languages and I am looking forward to starting my group classes next month to continue my learning 🙂

I have been taking 1-1 lessons with Goya Languages for a few months, but I know Paula for a number of years now, since she was teaching at another school. Her lessons are more focused on conversation and learning how to speak and sound like a Spanish person. Paula is a great teacher, very funny and entertaining. Her lessons are a pure joy. After a busy week at work, I look forward to my Friday lesson. 😊

I have been learning Spanish for several years with Paula, Ana and other teachers at Goya Languages. Our classes now are more focussed on conversation and learning phrases that true Spanish speakers would use. The classes are always enjoyable with excellent variety of activities, group discussions and breakout rooms. All the teachers are very helpful. I also did the week's intensive course in Valencia last year, which was fantastic. A great mix of lessons in the mornings and activities / free time in the afternoons / evenings. The Valencians that we accosted as part of our exercises were all very helpful and seemed delighted that we were learning their language! I would definitely recommend Goya Languages (and have done) to anyone thinking of learning Spanish.

I'm now taking my 3rd online course with Ana at GOYA. I've learned Spanish using different methods in the past, including well-known online providers. GOYA is by far the best. Small class sizes, a focus on speaking and no filling in the gap homework exercises during class which I felt were an awful waste of time using other providers. There's also a huge emphasis on continuing to integrate what you've learned previously as you progress rather than only looking at one thing at a time e.g. one specific tense. I'd highly recommend GOYA. It's really fun and the way you learn is super useful for everyday Spanish.

I highly recommand Goya Languages to learn or improve your Spanish. Paula is very skilled at teaching and assessing your skill level. Her classes are very dynamic and never boring! She also has an immersion course in Valencia, which is also very worthwhile.
