Just before Covid hit I started a BSL course, then I was ill with Covid and the course was stopped because of Covid. They refuse to refund me, they gave me an on line voucher partial refund, then when I tried to book a course they told me it had expired it was too late, yet the voucher had no expiration date on it.

Made me pay the sign up fee of £50 only to tell me the next day my course is full. Non refundable.
Art block is prententious and rubbish as well, don't study any creative courses here.
