Our experience with Hello Italia was unfortunately very negative.
We signed up our 4 years old child last year on the basis the course was suitable for reception students. Our son was accepted without any assessment and joined a class with children much older than him starting from day one in September on grammar focused Italian words exercises. This was of course beyond his capabilities as he hadn’t even started reading and writing at the full time English reception school.
When we asked to freeze the course fees ( we had to pay in full at the start for the year ) to the next year we were told it was not possible. The Hello Italian website did after few weeks clarify in the website that the course was suitable for reception students that were able to read and write, nonetheless the school didn’t return the school fees nor froze them. We stopped sending our child given he was very unhappy to go and uncomfortable during his two lessons attended. Shame for our son development and money lost
