Amazing service for my sons party, the staff was really nice, and very reassuring prior to the party being held. My family have been at heroes now for 9 months and I would never send my children anywhere else. Thus far they have attended HAF Summer 2023, HAF Christmas 2023 and HAF Easter 2024. Additionally I pay for my youngest to attend 11+ tuition every weekend. I don't know how highly I can praise the phenomenal team of staff at heroes, from Sam, to Idris, Gail, Saif, Dave, Sabina, Donna, Naima and everyone else who works there.
Safeguarding is never an issue, e.g for this camp there was 25 staff looking after the children, they are never bored from ages 5 to 15 with age appropriate activities and they accommodate SEN wonderfully too. My children have made friends for life, I feel like a part of the furniture ( in the best way) and we all love it here. I recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Heroes is an amazing place. Staff there are so down to earth and welcoming and really easy to get along with. My Son really enjoys attending the home education sessions and I like the fact that I get updated on how his day has been. 3 of my children have attended the HAF programme and have had the most amazing time. Brilliant how parents are updated throughout the day on what the children are doing, with photos and messages Thank you all at Heroes who have given my children some fabulous memories.

Both my sons attended Heroes Tuition Centre for GCSE tuition from Sept 23 - May 2024. The quality of teaching and dedication of teachers is outstanding. My sons really enjoyed attending. HERO TUITION IS THE WORST TUITION EVER.The staff is very bad my kid did not improve at all.The staff is extremely rude and talk back(ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER SAM).At first when you want to enroll your child he act all sweet and kind but after when you give them a notice that you are going to take your child out they still take your money away after.When I told them I want to take my son out of tuition because he wasn’t improving the manager Mr Idris told me I need a written notice and a week after I gave him a notice on paper but they kept on taking money so when I asked again they said I need a email but I had already given them a written notice so I went to the tuition and asked Mr Idris he said he’ll ask Sam and give us our money back but after they took even more money out of my account and when I tried texting about it he was extremely rude and would not even meet up in person so I went to to the tuition a couple of times but he wasn’t there.Now they aren’t replying to any of my messages and it been four months so please do not enroll your child here because they are probably going to go do it with you to this has already happened to many people that went here.

My sons been attending Heroes setting just over 3 months now, I would highly recommend this setting for any child even if they require additional needs as this setting really do cater for every child and this is coming from a mother with a child that has SEN. My child is absolutely thriving since starting here and is a much more happier and brighter lad. They really do live up to there name “heroes” because that is what they truly are. My only disappointment is that I wish I had heard about them sooner. Amazing each and every one of the teachers here!!!

At first I was nervous to start volunteering
at Hero’s Center Limited as it was a new thing for me. But over all I have really enjoyed working there and with everyone else. The people at Hero’s do truly make you feel like family. It has been an amazing experience for the children and me. It truly has been amazing.

First time my won has been to heroes apart from his birthday party which was there. He was a little nervous but his cousins were attending and they quickly changed his group so he could be with one of them and he's thoroughly enjoyed it. Wished it was on all weekend too.
The staff seem to be very caring and fun and take the responsibility of looking after pur children very well. Look forward to returning.
