Terrible customer service on phone & in-person. Woman named Wiktoria Szost was very lazy when I tried explaining I was TOLD to come into their office to hand over right-to-work documents but then refused to assist me and made me waste a journey and my time.

Great experience!
Annisha found me on a jobs app. After discussion with her, she booked the interview with their client for the next day and soon I started the new job.

One of the worst agencies in the UK.

Communication with employees is poor.

Understanding employees situations is poor.

And they will throw you under the bus if they don’t get their own way.

I booked a week holiday when I initially started, it was confirmed, I then went on holiday to then receive a message saying I’m no longer needed as my attendance is to poor. (I hadn’t missed a day to that point)

Spoke to the ladies in the office but instead of facing up to their mistakes they decided to make out as if I was in the wrong.

Avoid at all cost.
