I’ve had many dogs in my life, mostly shepherds , and other big dogs a, but also poodles, terriers etc…never taken any to training classes.. yes I’ve had problems but worked the out ok.
But thought I’d do some training with new puppy… its been fantastic fun, great training ( especially getting the same results a quicker and easier way, when I’ve thought, “why didn’t I think of that!”)
Some things are really difficult to do on your own…
Highly recommend this wonderful, holistic , intuitive and knowledgeable trainer… and she makes it all fun… also
met some lovely people…. Will be doing lots more with her!

I have a very nervous Jack Russell, we have been through numerous behaviorist and trainers to no avail, but last year our luck changed and we met Julia, she has changed my little dogs life (and mine) for the better, he is like another dog, he loves going to his training session, his confidence is growing hugely, I really can't recommend Julia Meads enough she is a miracle worker

I have been working with Julia Mead at Inca Dog Training for nearly 20 years. Each puppy that joins our family, whether show dog or pet, starts life at one of Julia's puppy classes. She is a font of knowledge and her work understanding the many calming signals in dogs was a game changer for me when looking for a trainer. I love her calm energy and the dogs pick up on that too. Mine adore her and never forget her. Julia works on a very different level to lots of trainers. She really senses the mood of the puppy and uses her gift to communicate in a way the puppy understands and trusts. Then she teaches us how to do it. Every puppy is different and every puppy learns their own way. Julia brings out the best in them and us as we learn how to communicate between each other. If you are thinking of joining one of her sessions - book it. You won't every regret it.

I’ve known Julia for years and she certainly knows her stuff! Over the years Julia has worked on my dogs for training as well as healing and I recently attended one of her animal communication workshops. So worth booking if you haven’t already and want to know more about your dogs behaviours, why they do what they do and understanding how you can communicate with them in a language they understand. Highly recommend!

Julia is brilliant! We have trained two of our most recent dogs through Julia and could not recommend her more highly. She is very professional whilst maintaining a nurturing approach toward training dogs as individuals. She had the measure of our very bouncy and wilful GSD from the outset which has helped us to develop her as an obedient and lovely family dog - we couldn't have done it without Julia!
