We took our two children aged 4 and 6 to a space themed adventure. We were there for almost 4 hours and really enjoyed it. It's a big building with lots of activities to keep you engaged.

We felt it was somewhat regimented which is why it doesn't get 5 stars. We were chaperoned around each room so you don't feel that you have the freedom to explore and the entrance doors were locked so you couldn't just leave when you wanted. It was explained that this was for safety reasons in case children wandered off but felt a bit overkill. At times we were waiting to move on to the next room but it felt awkward to ask if we can go anywhere else. There is also a big cafe but given there were only 2 staff on duty we had to wait for quite a while to get some refreshments.

We felt it could have done with some background music to add to the atmosphere, for example during the "take off" sequence at the start which fell a bit flat. There is a wall with interesting puzzles on it that I enjoyed doing but no answers which was frustrating.

The young lady that took us round and ran the experiments was very enthusiastic and engaging, but the man gave off a somewhat stricter school teacher vibe. Both were helpful and knowledgeable.

Note, you must get there on time as you all go round together, something that could have been made clearer as we had to wait for about 15 minutes for another family before we could start.

Overall this is a fantastic educational resource that we are lucky to have in the area. With a few tweaks and a couple more staff (I'm sure there are volunteers who would love to help) this could be a top venue to take the kids. I do hope they take into account the feedback as we would definitely go again.

This place was amazing!!! My son loved it so much. He’s a curious mind and Kinetic Adventure let him explore it to its full. Alex who helped us was so helpful and answer my son’s MANY QUESTIONS. Would 100% recommend for busy bodies and minds 🥰

Excellent place to visit with my nephew, he could have stayed much longer! Loads of hands on, interactive things to do and as each room had a different theme each was better than the last.

Underwhelming. Most of the 'activities' are things you can do at home. Decorating a cookie, learning a few facts about the body, playing with Lego and cars 🤷 Staff were well-meaning but disorganised.

Plenty to do. Lots of rooms with different activities. A science lab for some hands on experiments. Good fun for the kids & the parents.
