Really good gym, highly encourage anyone in the area, or even if not in the area to travel to this gym. Very well thought out chosen equipment from brands such as Arsenal, prime, nautilas, cybex , Hammer strength, Watson dumbbells and Rogue bars. Friendly helpful staff. Just a really good job highly recommend

Great gym! The atmosphere and energy here is second to none, small in foot print but huge in character. The team is always on hand to support and motivate/encourage. Nice light and airy, great music at a sensible level. And oh yeah, they have some of the best hand selected pieces of equipment in the UK!
Couldn't recommend this gym highly enough, by far the best gym in the area. And certainly worthy of the title 'The Cumbrian Mecca'.

Great gym. Welcoming to everyone, but has the feeling of a proper bodybuilding gym which is great. Nice touch of the eating area with microwave so you can eat there if wanted.
