Cannot book appointments over the telephone, when suggesting that customers would appreciate that option, was bluntly shut down, told that they would not be considering this, there was no way to leave this as a suggestion, that there was no one I could speak to about this and that I was wasting the call handler's time. Cannot speak to quality of interpreters as I still have not managed to book one, giving the benefit of the doubt that the interpreters are more professional than call handlers, I have given 2 stars instead of 1

Professional and always responsive to any queries or requests i have. I find communication easy and willing to help attitude is brilliant. Pay rate is a bit low comparing to other agencies but friendly agents compensate that for sure. I have been with the company for more than a year now so i am happy with the service overall

Very poor communication and ignoring all emails .. And this is NOT A FAKE REVIEW as looks like all the negative ones get « FAKE » well not mind 100 % reel and as per my own experiences with them.

Absolute trash of a company! They don’t pay you for mileage as agreed prior to the booking. Customer service is atrocious! They will make any excuses or find ways to dodge any carelessness on their part. I don’t understand how most of their team are still employed because they do absolutely zero for their clients! LE need better training and how to communicate like human beings.
