He was patient, professional and communicated well the examiner’s expectations. I then went to university and put off getting my license for four years until I moved back home. After passing my theory I got in touch with Chris and he was the perfect choice.

I would 100% recommend Geoff to anyone wanting to learn automatic, I am incredibly grateful to have found learn 2 drive, no gears. He was very patient and calm during the lessons which made me feel so much more comfortable and confident while learning. After having a terrible experience with my first driving instructor and not driving for about 2 years, I was nervous to start again but after a few lessons I was already seeing so much progress with my driving. I really appreciate the way each lesson was based on what I wanted to focus on to improve, and the tools they had e.g. the apps, images and maps on his iPad. I’m a naturally very anxious person, and having failed three tests in a manual at 17 years old I’d vowed never to drive again. Fast forward 12 years and I’m feeling brave enough to try automatic; Learn2Drive No Gears was recommended to us, and I started with Geoff almost straight away.

Geoff takes everything in his stride! He is logical and methodical, explains things so thoroughly with fantastic teaching aids, and answers any questions you have no matter how obvious! He’s calm and patient, and will talk you through everything that you do, both successes and development points, so that you really understand what you’re doing and - more importantly - why you’re doing it. I’ve learned that I can correct anything that goes wrong, and I feel safe and confident enough behind the wheel on my own.
