Adrienne is brilliant ! I attend Spanish and French lessons with her. Her approach means you learn to speak and comprehend with native speakers much quicker than you would in a typical classroom setting.The classes are intimate groups of 5 with an emphasis on speaking. Grammar is covered thoroughly, with a focus on developing instinctual grammatically correct speech so you’re not left trying to figure out the correct way to phrase things despite knowing the vocabulary. Adrienne herself is high energy and engaging, setting a warm and productive learning environment. The syllabus follows a logical learning pathway based on your group’s expertise level. I highly recommend her classes to students of all ages, but particularly adults who are looking to learn a new language in a relaxed and fun setting.

Adrienne is a great language teacher. I attended a course of beginners French lessons. She is good at assessing people’s ability & makes the learning level suited to you. She also backs up class work with additional information & even sends reminders of what’s in the next class & when it is…Merci!

I have been learning Spanish with Adrienne for 6 months now in a small weekly group class. I feel that I have improved so much within a short space of time. When I started I could only really converse in the present tense and now can use various tenses. Her lessons are well structured, organised and most importantly- fun!

Adrienne is the best Spanish Tutor I have known. She is very methodical yet at the same time relaxed, kind and patient. I have struggled with verbs time and time again, but not any more, as Adrienne’s way of teaching is very effective. I would recommend her highly if you want to really grasp Spanish!
