Love Literacy provides a really warm and nurturing experience for all the children who walk through their doors. I signed my daughter up to support her academic progress but she’s gained so much more. The creative sessions after the learning have massively increased her confidence and she thoroughly enjoys attending each week. M has gone from being really shy and speaking really quietly to speaking in front of an audience. I love what Love Literacy and Love Create offers to our children and so grateful for all of their support.

I was privileged to have been taught by Love Literacy since primary school, when preparing for my 11+ exams, and continued up until GCSEs. Mrs Zara and the team, dedicated a lot of time into preparing material that pushed me so far, which aided me in passing my 11+, and doing exceptionally well in GCSE English Literature & English Language! The staff allow children to not just work hard, but to enjoy it too! They ensure that the environment is a safe and welcoming space for students of all backgrounds. I will always recognise and cherish the positive impact Love Literacy had on my education and overall confidence. Love Literacy is truly an amazing tuition centre that I highly recommend. My son's session with Love Literacy left my son feeling overwhelmingly positive. For the first time he said 'the teacher gets me' and expressed his appreciation of his learning needs being understood and supported in a way that he felt was very helpful. During my son's academic year 11, following years of bullying and the death of my mother, my son was suffering from anxiety and depression. He began truanting, and by the end of the first term, he was completely school refusing. His school was, for the most part, verbally sympathetic but offered no real help. Despite both my asking and the law stating (if a child is out of school for more than 10 days, then provisions are supposed to be made by the school for the child to learn from home!) no provision were ever sent home.

I contacted Zara and the love-literacy team. They organised a programme of home study classes in all of the core subjects, during the 3 weeks leading up until he sat his GCSEs. The price was very affordable. Investing in your child's future is paramount. My son was not school refusing because he didn't want to learn. He simply did not feel safe in school and was unable to tolerate the bullying anymore. The love-literacy programme allowed my son not only to study and catch up on some of the learning that he had missed (from not attending school for almost 2 terms), but it also helped his confidence to grow. Following the love-literacy programme, my son returned to school and sat his GCSEs - whilst unfortunately suffering with e-coli. No concessions were made by his school.

I am proud to let you know, that he managed to pass his Maths and English exams, albeit with a slightly lower grades than he wanted. As a result, he will continue on to college. His academic pathway slightly altered but yet again Zara and her team have been on hand to offer guidance!

I can not thank Zara and the love-literacy team enough for the support and work that they have provided!! When all was dark, they illuminated the way. Thank you so so much!!

Love Literacy has been such a blessing, my son does the reasoning class on a Thursday and really loves it, Miss Varnica is really great with them and my son has developed such a love for learning and thinking outside the box, I'm so impressed!. Also at the end of the lesson the children get a little interaction time where they tell riddles and do some dancing, it's such a joy to watch how happy and content my son leaves the lesson on Thursdays, best day of the week for him so far. I appreciate you all Love Literacy.

Me and my children’s teachers have seen massive improvement in my children’s confidence and understanding/education since attending love literacy. One of the teachers literally thanked me lol she said I don’t know what you’ve done but the difference in my son’s learning ability and so on was amazing. I’m so thankful for this school. God bless

I first met and worked with Zara at Love Literacy, a tuition centre specialising in English and Maths at all stages, from Key Stage 1 to A-Level.

Love Literacy has been an unforgettable experience - having both been a student here for 6 years, as well as a tutor, the sheer amount of time, dedication and hard work put in by all the staff at Love Literacy, especially Zara, has shaped not only my academic abilities, but also my overall confidence. Coming to the tuition in 2015, Zara immediately recognised the potential I had to succeed, as she does with all of her students, and with a combination of her own resources, and words of encouragement, I achieved 387 in my 11+ and 9,9 in both English Language and Literarure. Love Literacy provided me with a support system that wanted me to do well as much as I myself wanted to do well, and for such I am nothing but appreciative.

Zara has always had incredible organisation, communication and leadership skills, which has allowed Love Literacy to grow and blossom into the tuition centre it is today. Her commitment and dedication to ensuring no student falls behind is incredibly admirable, and has inspired me to replicate the same dedication to my own endeavours.
