I attended a bread course with Mina in March. It was a lovely informal class, very relaxed and a small group. Mina gave us so much information & confidence to take our skills home and try it out. I’ve never kept up with sourdough before as it seemed to tricky- this class was just what I needed! I’m now making sourdough following her easy method once a week for my family which they all love…. Goodbye to rubbish shop bought bread!!

Cannot rate this highly enough!! Thank you Mina for such an amazing morning cooking! My boyfriend and I had so much fun and learnt about the techniques to make amazing Chapatis, a base sauce, the perfect rice and so much more! We will definitely be coming back to do the sourdough course as well! Such a great experience and the loveliest host, thank you Mina for a wonderful time! And it’s safe to say, we ate our food as soon as we arrived home!!

Just been on an amazing Sourdough course with Mina (my birthday gift from family)& I'm so pleased! Small group so you get proper time & attention. Mina explains everything perfectly & gives you all you need to take away. You also get follow up support from her too. Best gift I've had .

Had a lovely morning learning more about Indian spice blending and cooking. Made some amazing bread techniques and a delicious daal recipe. Mina is a great teacher with a huge knowledge of Indian cooking. There is also a wide range of curries available to buy from their freezer to try at home. Thank you again.

I can highly recommend a cookery session with Mina. I had a very enjoyable morning making scrumptious samosas with another friend. In fact the class was bought for me as a gift which I will now consider for other people as its a very good present in that you're not just buying more stuff that someone doesn't need. You're paying to learn a new skill and eat delicious food at the end of it.

A brilliant experience. Mina is very welcoming, knowledgable and taught the group in a very relaxed atmosphere. The morning was great fun and we made some amazing dishes. Have made them at home as well. Highly recommend the cookery school.

In just a few hours I learnt how to make Sourdough, the science baffled me to start but now it all makes perfect sense!
Mina was welcoming and didn't mind my never ending questions.
