Well it is always the same at that college, you will never pass the reception with the poor service that you get from the reception next to the police station.
Plus no access to metros. I was going to enroll yesterday to be a student and I had to cancel from the service I have received and if you would take my advise just go to the best college in town: Newcastle college.

I absolutely don't recommend this centre to anyone! You still have better choices like Gateshead college and Gateshead council. The management will do anything to cover for their own mistakes. You will be given lame excuses & weak arguments to convince you or force you to do things you won’t do if you have evidence. Be careful! Once they make any mistake regarding important things like your certificate or marking, you will be treated with an unapologetic way and your issue will be trashily handled! In addition to procrastination & unprofessionalism.
