My recent experience with Nirvana at a half Ironman event was superb. I had a bike build and pre race tune up organised, and Ella and Ivey went above and beyond which took the stress off the logistics of my race. They were also super supportive of my race, and easily contactable if I had any questions. Could not recommend Nirvana’s services enough. Will most definitely be using them again in the future.

Elliott and the Nirvana team rocked! Doing my first Ironman this made things a LOT less stressful. Having a point of contact to ask random questions to leading up, quick responses just gave me the ability to put my mind at ease and focus on the race. The weather turned out terrible so having a great bike position in recovery was also great.

Making sure to get the bike tuned up again the night before helped to ease any concern where I could just focus on the race.

I understand some people are on a budget and this is an expensive sport to begin with, that said if you can afford it these guys make you feel like you get more than what you paid for.

I had a seamless experience with Nirvana at the Spartan Race in Sparta in 2024. Everything went smoothly and I was really happy with how I didn't have to worry about hotel stays or shuttles, everything was taken care of. Also, my shuttle driver was a funny and interesting human being.

I used Nirvana Europe for the 120km Chianti Ultra Trail by UTMB in March 2025. This was my first experience using a firm to organise my travel, accommodation and overall logistics. I chose Nirvana because both the travel logistics and the timings around the race were not the easiest to manage. I am glad of my decision as the Nirvana experience and expertise was a faultless process throughout.

The pick-up/drop-off from/to the airport meant I did not have to hire a car or work out local public transport timings. Another huge benefit was the Nirvana shuttle bus from the accommodation (in beautiful Siena) to the start line (about a 40 minute drive). With a 4am start time, this meant I did not have to use my support crew to drop me off and so instead they could get some quality sleep ahead of their crew commitments later in the day.

The premium running package also had some other value-added benefits such as fast-track registration which minimised time-on-feet the day before the race and a Q&A session with the race director which gave valuable insight into the prevailing course conditions.

The Nirvana guys on the ground (Mark, Harvey & Jacob) handled all queries promptly and efficiently and were also just really great to chat to and swap stories - all of which helped put the mind at ease in the build-up to the race.

There is always a lot on your mind in the days prior to an ultra and having Nirvana there to sort out all the logistics and timings alleviated any last-minute stress and hassle which in turn allowed me to channel all my focus on the race. As for the race itself, I had a strong performance hitting my ‘A’ goal target and coming away very happy. A great outcome and one that I credit Nirvana in helping me achieve that.

I highly recommend Nirvana & I will book again for future events.

I'm a steady Nirvana user, with some experiences better than others. Elliot (I gather) took over management in 2024 and everything has been great. I really respect the care of the bike mechanics - definitely worth it, especially on the more complex races.

As a new Age Group athlete I signed up with Nirvana Europe for the 2022 Age Group Sprint Distance Triathlon Championships in Munich. This was the best thing I could have done because Nirvana handled everything for me: flight changes, transfers, bike re-build and even threw in a free massage before my race. Transfers were particularly important at this event because T1 was 22km away from T2 and Nirvana provided all the transport for the three journeys involved - whereas those in Munich independently had to find public transport or cycle. And staying at the Nirvana hotel also meant we met a large number of the British team and were able to find our feet more quickly. Finally, I can’t praise the customer care of the Nirvana team enough - nothing was too much trouble. If I am lucky enough to go to another competition I will definitely book through Nirvana.

This is our first experience with Nirvana and we would recommend this service to anyone who is looking to enjoy their vacation and let someone else take care of the hassles of hotel, transportation, etc. The staff was extremely friendly, communicative, respectful, and on time. We were able to message them with concerns any of the prompt replies. Everything went smoothly and as described. We would highly recommend this service to our friends and family.

Such a fun experience in Taupo for the IM 70.3 World Championships and the rest of New Zealand and Helen with Nirvana made all the difference. Helen encouraged us to see the country in a campervan and she set us up perfectly. It was an amazing trip and I would definitely use Nirvana again.
