I registered with Now Education seeking teaching assistant positions at the Level 2 grade, working with Kirsty Wright. Despite initial assurances that my qualifications were strong and I would be placed quickly, I have remained unemployed for several months. My experience with Now Education has been disappointing due to a lack of support and communication. My emails often went unanswered, and I received only one phone call in over six months. In contrast, TeacherActive provided frequent contact, including opportunities for permanent positions, and consistently addressed my needs. Based on my experience, I really do not recommend Now Education.

Loved working as a Supply Teacher as part of Now Education! Kirsty was fantastic to work for and always did what she could to find work for me at a rate that I was happy with. Communication was always easy, clear and transparent. Would love to work for her again in the future!

I’ve been with Kirsty at Now Education, East Midlands, since September 2024 when I decided I wanted to return to supply teaching. I have worked with Kirsty before via another supply agency, so I intentionally searched for her via LinkedIn, as I knew that I wanted to work with her again. Kirsty is brilliant. Professional, with a friendly manner, sources my work to match my skill set, and always responds to messages promptly. She is a pleasure to work for and I’m really happy doing supply. Plus the day rate is much better than other agencies. So much so I have recommended other supply staff (on a much lower rate) that I have met, as well as teachers I know who are looking for a change.

Good pay rates, but, most importantly, my consultant, Kirsty, seemed honest, open, and like she wants to find the roles that work for me - no lies and half-truths like other agencies I've worked for in the past.

Going to have to give one star, for firstly no communication when there was a promise in work , second I don't get any reply bk when going though dbs stage , thirdly if they wasn't interested in myself in the first place why bother accepting me though the interview and application stage and let me know instead irgnore me for weeks on end .
I give 5 stars for she was polite , and we actually got on well on phone I'm sure she Is good in administration, but to then irgnore after I was accepted and waiting for my dbs is wrong in itself .
But Goodluck if you don't get ignored weeks on end if you past the " first " stage .
